Outstanding in the Field + Xanabu Farms

Outstanding in the Field was founded by Jim Denevan in 1999 as a radical alternative to the conventional dining experience. Rather than sourcing ingredients for a restaurant, the restaurant is brought directly to the source—farms, vineyards, and extraordinary landscapes around the world.

In 2024, Xanabu Farms launched the season as the tour's opening stop. In October 2026, Outstanding in the Field returns to our farm for another unforgettable gathering.
